Coffee Bread

Main and auxiliary materials: flour, coffee.

Add water, corn oil, salt, and sugar to the bread bucket.

Then add flour, yeast powder, and coffee.

Mix the noodles for 25 minutes.

Just rub out the fascia.

Ferment at room temperature to a full barrel.

Take out the dough and knead it evenly.

Divide into 4 uniform doughs, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

Take a dough and roll it flat.

Roll it up.

Do it all in turn.

Put it into a bread bucket and ferment it for the second time.

Ferment the full barrel and bake for 50 minutes.

Can be baked.

Slice and eat.
Tips:
1. You can put coffee, salt and sugar at the same time, which will be better.
2. It is not advisable to put more coffee, just color it. Otherwise the taste will be bitter.
