Coke Chicken Wings

The main materials are ready;

Wash the green onions and cut them diagonally into shreds, peel and slice the ginger, rinse with dried red pepper and set aside;

Put 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of salt in the chicken wings bowl;

Mix well and marinate for about 10 minutes;

Put an appropriate amount of cold water in the pot, add the marinated chicken wings, blanch the chicken wings for 3~5 minutes and then remove the chicken wings. This step is necessary because the excess blood foam should be removed;

After the pot is cleaned, add a little vegetable oil to heat, pour the chicken wings back into the pot, continue to stir and fry on low heat, then pour in cola and the remaining 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce;

Add dried chili, chives and ginger slices to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce is thick and uniform;

It can be installed on the plate.
Tips:
1. If you like the sauce to be thicker, you can add a little bit of gorgon sauce;
2. The cola is full of gas, it is best to slowly pour it into the pot, and remember to reduce the heat to a slow simmer after it is boiled.
