Coke Chicken Wings

Thaw the chicken wings, wash them, and cut two bites on both sides.

Pour water into the pot, add chicken wings, ginger and garlic, bring to a boil, remove the chicken wings, rinse with water, and drain for later use.

Tips:
Put rock sugar to make the chicken wings more brown. If you don’t like too sweet, you don’t need to add it. Coke doesn’t need to be too much. If you don’t have chicken wings, it will be too sweet. You can add a little bit of salt and it won’t taste too much. will be better.
