Coke Chicken Wings
1.
Wash the chicken wings and cut two knives on the front and the back with a knife (convenient to taste);
2.
Add appropriate amount of green onions, ginger, and salt;
3.
Grab it with your hands, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to marinate for more than one hour;
4.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it to 60% heat. Change to medium heat and add the chicken wings. Fry until both sides are slightly browned. Add green onions and ginger and stir-fry the green onions;
5.
Pour in Coke (1 can of can) and bring to a boil;
6.
Add soy sauce and salt;
7.
Turn to low heat and cook for about 20 minutes, then turn on high heat to collect the juice (when collecting the juice, keep stirring to prevent the bottom from sticking);
Tips:
1. The seasoning can be matched according to your own preferences;
2. When collecting the juice, stir it from time to time to prevent the bottom from sticking;
3. The juice does not need to be dried completely, it is more delicious if you save a little bit;
