Coke Chicken Wings
1.
Wash the chicken wings, then use a knife to cut 3-4 incisions on both sides. This way the chicken wings are more delicious.
2.
Put the chicken wings in the pot, and the white bubbles can be taken out and placed in a bowl when the water boils.
3.
Put the ginger sliced flat and sliced green onions into a bowl, pour the light soy sauce and cooking wine, and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
4.
While marinating the chicken wings, you can add oil to the pot to heat it, put the rock sugar in the pot, and stir-fry the sugar color over a low fire.
5.
Pour the chicken wings into the pot and stir fry a few times to coat the chicken wings with sugar.
6.
Put the ginger, shallots, and star anise into the pot and fry until the aroma is achieved.
7.
Put the millet pepper in the pot and stir fry a few times.
8.
Pour the coke into the pot, and just pass the chicken wings. Stir gently a few times.
9.
Cover the pot, simmer for 15-20 on medium and low heat, remove the lid, add a small amount of salt to taste, and collect the juice over high heat.
10.
Once the juice is collected, you can turn off the heat and serve on the plate.
Tips:
1. There are many kinds of cola with different sweetness. According to my online knowledge, the chicken wings made by Pepsi are the sweetest, Coca-Cola has moderate sweetness, and Diet Coke has the lightest taste. So the amount of rock sugar (and white sugar can also be added) can be added according to the sweetness of the cola and your own preferences.
2. Turn the chicken wings from time to time when collecting the juice to avoid sticking the chicken wings to the pan.
