Coke Chicken Wings

Heat the pan with oil, fry the chicken wings until both sides turn yellow (to save time, I blanched the chicken wings in advance)

Add minced ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant, add a few drops of cooking wine

Add appropriate amount of cola and light soy sauce, cover with lid, bring to a boil and turn to medium heat and simmer. Flip gently twice in the middle to facilitate the taste and avoid sticking to the pan.

Open the lid and collect the juice over high heat and add a small amount of salt. Sprinkle chopped green onion on the plate and you're done!
Tips:
It’s not marinated in advance, so it tastes a bit weak inside. I used a pan with an induction cooker. I almost paste it.
