Coke Chicken Wings

First, use cooking wine, scallions, white rice, ginger, rice soy sauce, and marinate the chicken wings for half an hour to remove fishy

Put oil in the pan and fry the chicken wings until golden brown

Pour in cola and boil over low heat and simmer slowly over high heat to collect the juice

Sprinkle chopped green onion on top of the pot. If there is no salt, the chicken wings will be burnt.
