Coke Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings with a knife on the front side and twice with a knife on the back side to make it easier to taste. Drain the water.

Prepare ginger, shallots, and peppercorns.

Add clean water to the pot, pour the chicken wings into the pot, sequentially pour the peppercorns, shallots, ginger, and 10 ml of cooking wine into the pot and cook for 5 minutes, remove and set aside. (Drain the water)

Heat up the pot, pour in vegetable oil, fry the chicken wings, and fry the chicken wings to a golden brown surface (turn over in time), then pour in Coke, add 3ml of soy sauce, change to a low fire, about 6 to 7 minutes Check how much soup is at any time. Until the soup is wrapped around the chicken wings.
Tips:
I made the home version of cola chicken wings and it tasted great after many attempts. When choosing chicken wings, be careful not to choose chicken wings that are too large.
