Coke Chicken Wings
1.
Wash the chicken wings twice more with warm water, cut them diagonally, add a small amount of salt, light soy sauce, and cooking wine to marinate for 30 minutes.
2.
Heat two bowls of water in the pot, blanch the marinated chicken wings, remove them, rinse with warm water and control water for later use.
3.
Put a little peanut oil in the pot, add white sugar when the oil is warm, and fry the sugar color.
4.
When dark bubbles appear in the pot, add the chicken wings and continue to fry to make the chicken wings color.
5.
When the chicken wings are golden brown, add green onions and ginger.
6.
Pour in cola (subject to the chicken wings), salt, light soy sauce, and a little each. Bring to a boil on high heat. Turn to low heat for about 20 minutes, then collect juice on high heat.
7.
Serve it and start eating.
Tips:
When I made Coke chicken wings for the first time, I used soy sauce, but later I found that the color of the chicken wings was black after collecting the juice before going abroad. So this time I fry the sugar color directly, so there is no soy sauce.
