Coke Chicken Wings

Clean the chicken wings and score twice to make it easier to taste. Sprinkle with salt and marinate for ten minutes.

Prepare two portions of green onion and ginger, one portion for blanching chicken wings, and one portion for stewing chicken wings later.

Tips:
If the sugar color is not well-fried, you can pour soy sauce to color, and choose light soy sauce or dark soy sauce according to your needs.
