3. Put chicken wings in cold water, add green onions and ginger, wait until the water boils, blanch for three minutes

4. Take out the chicken wings and pick out the green onion and ginger

5. Heat the pan with cold oil, pour the sugar, and wait for the sugar to melt

6. When the sugar is bubbling, pour the chicken wings and stir fry

7. Add another portion of green onion and ginger, together with star anise and pepper

8. Pour in the coke, and just pass the chicken wings. Simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.

9. Collect the soup over high heat, add some salt to the pot

Tips:

If the sugar color is not well-fried, you can pour soy sauce to color, and choose light soy sauce or dark soy sauce according to your needs. When collecting the soup, it should be a big fire, and at the same time, you should be optimistic about not sticking to the pot. At the end, add the salt little by little when it comes out of the pan, and just light it out of the pan if you taste the sweetness and saltiness. You can put two dried chilies when you like spicy stew.
