Coke Chicken Wings
1.
Wash 12 of the chicken wings, cut them vertically from the middle, and set aside
2.
Add the right amount of salt and the right amount of cooking wine and gently grab it and put it in the refrigerator (I made it in the morning and night, it just tastes good)
3.
After the marinated chicken wings are washed and drained, heat the pan (without adding oil), turn the chicken wings into the pan, add a few slices of ginger and fry together
4.
Fry the chicken wings until the skin is slightly shrunk on one side, then turn the chicken wings over and fry again
5.
Fry the chicken wings until the discolored skin on both sides shrinks slightly, then pour into the cooking wine, quickly cover the pot, and simmer until the cooking wine is slightly boiled.
6.
A can of coke ready to canned
7.
Pour the whole barrel of Coke into a pan, add a little bit of salt, light soy sauce (mainly for coloring), chicken essence, seasoning, turn to high heat and bring to a boil, then turn to medium heat and simmer
8.
In the meantime, add an appropriate amount of homemade chopped peppers and cook until the soup is slightly dry
9.
Put the chicken wings out of the plate and pour the dried soup on the chicken wings.
