Coke Chicken Wings

Wash 10 chicken wings, and use a knife to make a few strokes on the back to taste.

Add a proper amount of water to the boiling pot, add chicken wings, a little cooking wine, and a few slices of ginger. Turn to medium heat and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, then remove.

Tips:
1. This dish is very simple. I didn't add too complicated seasonings. You can add seasonings such as pepper or star anise as you like.
2. Ordinary chicken wings don't need to be cooked for too long, they will definitely be cooked through in 15-20 minutes.
