Coke Chicken Wings

Prepare ingredients

Boil the chicken wings in the water and remove them for later use

Put a little oil in the pan, then put the chicken wings in the pan and fry on low heat until the surface is golden

Put the sliced ginger and star anise in the pot and stir fry until it is fragrant. Then pour the cola into the pot, add a little soy sauce and salt to improve the flavor, bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes

Tips:
1. Regarding how much Coke you put. This mainly depends on your own taste. If you like sweeter ones, you can put more Coke. If you like a lighter taste, you can put less, and you can add some water appropriately.
2. The amount of cola is directly related to the color of the finished product. Coke more, soy sauce can be omitted. Instead, use soy sauce to color.
3. When collecting the juice, be sure to stir fry continuously. Otherwise, it will be messy.
