Coke Chicken Wings--homemade Version
1.
Prepare the ingredients and score the chicken wings a few times to make it more delicious when marinated.
2.
Slice half of ginger, four cloves of garlic, 10ml oyster sauce, 10ml cooking wine, 30ml soy sauce, 20ml soy sauce, 10ml Yishutang hemp oil, a teaspoon of salt, marinate for half an hour
3.
Pour the oil on a low heat, put the chicken wings in for frying, let the sides of the chicken wings change color and then they can be out of the pan. If you want to speed up the time, you can use medium heat.
4.
Pour the oil, first put in 2 star anise and 2 cinnamon bark until fragrant, then pour the chicken wings and 250ml Coca-Cola, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
5.
Put some dried shrimps before serving, simmer for 5 minutes, and then serve.
Tips:
1. The sesame oil is used in the curing process to remove fishy smell and increase freshness.
2. You can choose not to put shrimp rice. I originally made shrimp rice to add some embellishments when taking photos, but the taste is also very special.
3. Coca-Cola is not as sweet as Pepsi, if you want to be sweeter, you can switch to Pepsi, or put an extra rock candy.
