Cold Bean Curd

Boil the tofu skins in boiling water for 1 minute, peel the carrots and shred them, wash and chop the coriander.

Put the tofu skin, shredded carrots, and coriander in a basin, mince garlic, chop scallions, and place on top; pour 1 tablespoon of hot oil on top.

Add a few drops of sesame oil.

2 tablespoons of cold boiled water, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, mix a tablespoon of salt to make a sauce, and pour on top.

Finally, mix evenly.
