Bracken root powder is a vermicelli food made of starches extracted from the roots of wild bracken. Because the root of bracken is purple, the fans made become "black fans".
Main nutrients: vitamin C; main edible effects: clearing away heat and detoxification, reducing qi and resolving phlegm; suitable for the crowd: the elderly, pregnant women, children.
Cold dishes are available almost every day, although these are still the same when they are exchanged, but they are never tired of eating them. The fern root powder was mixed with garlic paste. The taste was very good. There is no red pepper in the house, so I used carrot shreds to match it. The color is not so eye-catching, but it is also very delicious.
