Cold Chicken Shreds

Wash and shred the red pepper, shred the green onion, and set aside. Put the chicken breast in the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and the amount of water is not good enough for the chicken breast. Add ginger slices, boil on high heat and turn to low heat to cook until the chicken breast is cooked

Remove the chicken breast and immediately immerse it in cold water until it is cold, remove and drain the water

After knocking the chicken breast loose with the back of a knife, tear it into shreds

Put the shredded chicken into a large bowl, add soy sauce, pure rice vinegar and chili oil, add shredded red pepper, shallots and coriander, sprinkle with cooked white sesame seeds, mix well and serve.
Tips:
1. Boil the chicken in cold water and cook it until the inside and outside are white, then you can remove it;
2. Chicken with June fresh special grade soy sauce and puree rice vinegar cold dressing, the method is healthier than braised.
