Cold Chicken Shreds

1. Wash the chicken breasts, add water to the pot and cook

2. Celery thinly sliced with a paring knife

3. Cut the shaved celery slices into finger-long filaments

4. Soak celery shreds in ice water

5. Shred carrots

6. Soak the sliced carrots in water

7. Squeeze the chili into chili oil for later use

8. Tear the cooked chicken breasts into filaments

9. Place the celery and carrot shreds on the chicken shreds after controlling the water

10. Add salt, vinegar, chicken essence, chili oil, mix well and serve
