Cold Chicken Slices

Wash the meat, use a knife to separate the chicken wings and thighs.

Add a piece of ginger and a little cooking wine to a pot under cold water.

After cooking the chicken on medium heat for about 30 minutes, cut a few cuts with a knife, and turn off the heat when the meat is cooked.

Chop the ginger and garlic into the end, add salt, monosodium glutamate, chili oil, salt and vinegar, then add the chicken broth and mix well.

Debone the chicken and slice it.

Pour the juice, chop the green onions, and pour the juice on it!
Tips:
When making the sauce, remember to use the chicken broth for boiling the chicken, it tastes more delicious! You don’t need chicken essence for cold chicken!
