Cold Cocory
1.
Wash the chicory and submerge it with appropriate amount of salt for later use;
2.
Shred the lean pork, add a small amount of fried pork into the wok;
3.
Put the submerged bittern in the basin and add the fried shredded pork;
4.
Add sugar, vinegar, salt and sesame oil and stir evenly;
5.
Plate.
