Cold Cocory

Wash the sowcory and cut into sections.

Cut in an appropriate amount of green onions.
3.
Pat the garlic and chop it.
4.
Pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, chili oil, green pepper oil, sesame oil, and stir well.
5.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat it up, and pour it into the chicory.

Pour all into the bittercory and stir well.
