Cold Crucian Carp

The supermarket buys a crucian carp, green onions, ginger, garlic, two green strips, and some Chaotian peppers. Come back and wash clean, shred green onion, shred ginger, mince garlic, diced two green strips and Chaotian pepper or set aside!
