Cold Cucumber Tofu Skin

1. Shred the tofu skin.

2. Boil water in a pot, add shredded tofu, and blanch water.

3. Flush to cool and control the moisture.

4. Rub the cucumber into fine filaments.

5. Put the dried tofu skins into it.

6. Put on the coriander section.

7. Add salt.

8. Pour the cold sauce.

9. Pour in a little sesame oil.

10. Add chili oil.
