Cold Cumin Lotus Root Slices
1.
Choose a section of tender lotus root, slice it, and soak the starch in cold water
2.
Put the de-deposited lotus root slices in a pot of boiling water and blanch them, then use a colander to filter out the lotus root slices and put them in a basin filled with cold water to keep the lotus root slices tender and crisp, and remove them after cooling.
3.
Take out the cooled lotus root slices and put them in a bowl, and then add the seasonings. Be sure to pour the cooked oil on and then add the garlic and green onions, and finally add the cumin powder and stir evenly, and you're done
Tips:
The spiciness depends on how you accept it. If you think it’s not spicy enough, you can put some millet pepper in it.
