Cold Edamame

Wash the edamame and put it in a large bowl, add water to cover the edamame.

Add the right amount of salt and star anise

Cover with plastic wrap, and pierce a few holes in the plastic wrap

Put it in the microwave and heat it on high heat for 10 minutes

Take it out after heating

Drain the water and add minced garlic

Add light soy sauce and a little salt in it

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to a small bowl

Put it in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes

Pour into the edamame while hot

Add a little pepper oil and mix well and you can enjoy
Tips:
1. When edamame is heated, pay attention to pierce a few holes in the plastic wrap for ventilation.
2. Increase or decrease the time according to the firepower of your own microwave oven.
3. If you like spicy food, add chili oil to taste better.
