Cold Edamame

Cut off the two corners of the edamame and scrub it.

Pour water in the pot to give some salt, and pour small bubbles into the edamame (you can also boil the water before pour).

Cook the edamame and remove it.

Add light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, garlic and chili powder.

Pour the hot oil burned with dried chilies.
