Cold Edamame

Ingredients: Clean edamame and cut off the two corners, minced garlic, minced millet pepper, Guiping star anise pepper.

Stir fragrant cinnamon star anise pepper over low heat.

Add the right amount of water and boil for five minutes, then scoop out the spices.

Add edamame after the water is boiled, and then add a little more salt than usual.
