Cold Edamame
1.
Wash the edamame, then soak it in water, I soaked it all morning (the edamame husk is very flavorful after mixing with the juice, so it’s better to wash it clean)
2.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, pour the soaked edamame, cook the edamame, after the edamame is fully cooked, the color of the shell is emerald green
3.
When the edamame comes out of the pot, immediately put it in cold water and let it cool. After cooling, drain and serve.
4.
Prepare the right amount of salt, sugar, and garlic
5.
Put the pepper shells and pepper shells in a bowl, and heat the oil in a hot pan. After the oil is heated, pour the oil on the pepper shells and pepper shells in the bowl (it's noisy, the oil turns red). Cold sauce, salt, sugar, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of vinegar, minced garlic, and oil, then pour in the cooled edamame and mix well.
