Cold Fern Root Powder

Soak fern root powder in boiling water to soften

Peanuts are fried, peeled and slightly crushed

Finely chop the shallots, wash and cut the chilies, the dried chilies I used, I don’t have fresh ones anymore

Adjust the cold sauce. 1 spoon of fresh soy sauce, 3 spoons of vinegar, 2 spoons of chili oil, appropriate amount of sesame oil

Add salt and sugar

Add chopped garlic and mix thoroughly

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and boil, add the soft soaked fern root powder, and cook until there is no hard core in the middle.

Take it out and soak it in cold water

Drain off the water, put it on a plate, and add the mixed cold sauce

Put an appropriate amount of corn oil in the pot, add the chopped peppers after warming up, turn off the heat when the aroma comes out, and pour on the fern root

Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and chopped green onion and mix well
