Cold Fungus

Prepare the ingredients. For 5 servings, 15 grams of dried fungus is enough.

Soak the dry fungus in clean water and moisten it for about 60 minutes.

Scoop out the bubbling fungus, drain the water and set aside.

Bring water to a boil, pour the fungus, and boil for 2 minutes at a high heat, then turn off the heat.

Pick up the fungus and let it cool slightly.

Cut the garlic into minced garlic and add in. At the same time, add 2 tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and mix well.

Then pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Finally, pour in the vinegar, mix well with chopsticks, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes before eating.

Tips:
1. The fungus foams rapidly after absorbing water, and the volume is several times the original. Generally, about 3 grams of dry fungus per person is enough.
2. The fungus is thin, so it can be boiled for about 2 minutes after boiling water.
3. Cold dishes, after mixing, it is best to put them in the refrigerator before eating, and they will taste more refreshing.
