Come to a cold fungus, let the family taste the most original taste of olive oil. Many people say that sesame oil is more fragrant for cold dishes, but this time I changed to olive oil and they also ate it with relish without any special oily taste. I once bought a certain brand of olive oil. The oil smell was quite strong, and my family didn't like it. This time, they didn't eat anything, haha. Olive oil is nutritious and healthy, and it can be used both internally and externally. Oral use: protect the cardiovascular system, lower blood sugar, antioxidant, promote brain development...External use: moisturize the skin, anti-aging, sun damage, nourish hair... For the healthy life of your family, prepare and use olive oil

Cold Fungus

1. Prepare the ingredients. For 5 servings, 15 grams of dried fungus is enough.

2. Soak the dry fungus in clean water and moisten it for about 60 minutes.

3. Scoop out the bubbling fungus, drain the water and set aside.

4. Bring water to a boil, pour the fungus, and boil for 2 minutes at a high heat, then turn off the heat.

5. Pick up the fungus and let it cool slightly.

6. Cut the garlic into minced garlic and add in. At the same time, add 2 tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and mix well.

7. Then pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

8. Finally, pour in the vinegar, mix well with chopsticks, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes before eating.

9. Sprinkle a little chopped green onion before serving to finish.

Tips:

1. The fungus foams rapidly after absorbing water, and the volume is several times the original. Generally, about 3 grams of dry fungus per person is enough.
2. The fungus is thin, so it can be boiled for about 2 minutes after boiling water.
3. Cold dishes, after mixing, it is best to put them in the refrigerator before eating, and they will taste more refreshing.
