Cold Fungus

First prepare the ingredients, fungus, green onion, garlic, carrot shreds

Boil the water first, then add the fungus and cook, add some salt when you cook it for about 5 minutes

Add light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, carrot shreds and oyster sauce

If you like to eat spicy cold fungus, just pop the dried chili or red hot pepper for a while and mix the fungus!
