Cold Fungus

Soak the fungus in water for about three hours.

Prepare garlic and chili.
3.
Chop garlic and chili and add appropriate amount of salt for preparation. (I like spicy and add portion)

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and boil, then pour the clean fungus into the pot and cook.

After pouring, rinse with filtered water and drain the water.

Pour an appropriate amount of raw oil into the pot and heat it up.

Pour the cooked oil into a bowl. (Scent comes out)

Add appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, soy sauce and vinegar to the bowl

Then add a little homemade chili sauce and mix well (you can leave it alone) so that the seasoning is ready

Drain the fungus and put it in a bowl, and then pour in the prepared sauce.

Spread the sauce evenly.
