Cold Fungus

Soak 60 grams of dried fungus in water for two hours.

Wash after foaming.

Boil water to scald the soaked fungus with boiling water.

After being scalded for a while, rinse with cold water for later use.

Add 3 grams of salt, two spoons of sugar, two spoons of seafood soy sauce, two spoons of vinegar, a few drops of sesame oil, a few drops of sesame oil, a little chopped green onion, and a little minced garlic. Stir together well.

Tips:
If you can eat spicy food, you can put some chili oil, it's better to ask.
