Cold Fungus

Put an appropriate amount of fungus into the container and pour it into cold water to soak for about 5 hours. The soaked fungus will clean the roots of impurities and control the moisture.

Peel off the outer skin of garlic and clean it, flatten it with a knife and chop it into minced garlic

One coriander, remove the leaves and roots, rinse, cut into coriander segments and set aside

Put water in a boiling pot and boil it into the cleaned fungus and blanch water for about 1 minute

Remove the cold water and drain the water for later use

Pour the peanut oil in a hot pan, add an appropriate amount of peppercorns to a medium-low heat, saute the peppercorns until fragrant, turn off the heat, and let cool for later use

Put garlic, coriander, a little sugar, a spoonful of balsamic vinegar, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of white vinegar, and an appropriate amount of salt in the container with fungus.

Finally, add cooked white sesame seeds and pepper oil and stir well.
