Cold Fungus

Soak the fungus, wash and remove the roots, and tear large pieces into small pieces by hand. (The specific size is based on personal preference)

Put water in the pot and blanch the fungus for two to three minutes after the water is boiled.

Cut the onion into shreds.
4.
Put the shredded onion and fungus together, and add 1 gram of salt.
5.
2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of rice vinegar, a little coriander and white sesame seeds.

Mix well
