Cold Fungus

Soak the fungus, shred the green and red pepper

The soaked fungus is heated in boiling water in a pot until it is dead. Remove it and put it into ice water immediately
3.
Pour the oil in the wok and heat it into the pepper to make the pepper oil and set aside
4.
Remove the fungus and put it in a large bowl, add green and red peppers, salt and vinegar, cold soy sauce, pepper oil, mix well, and set it on a plate.
Tips:
The hot fungus is quickly put into ice water to make the fungus crisp.
