Cold Fungus
1.
Soak the fungus in warm water, it's about 5 grams per person, you can also use wet fungus

After washing, tear it into suitable small flaps by hand
3.
Boil hot water, blanch the fungus until cooked, drain the water and set aside
4.
Chop garlic, cilantro and chives
5.
Garlic, chives and chili sauce, or red chili, heat the sesame oil on top
6.
Add soy sauce, vinegar and salt to taste and stir well
7.
Pour the sauce on the fungus, sprinkle with coriander, mix well and serve
Tips:
1. Coriander can not be added if it is not eaten, anyway, if there is something not eaten, it can be omitted
2. There is no red pepper at home, so the chili sauce used
3. The fungus can be blanched in cold water
