Cold Gluten

Wash and tear off the gluten strips.

Finely chop the red pepper. My red pepper is a bit spicy.

Mince garlic.
4.
Wash and chop coriander.

Boil water in a pot, add gluten after the water is boiled, boil for half a minute after the water is boiled again, remove and drain.

Put a little oil in the pot, add red pepper and minced garlic to a low heat and stir until fragrant, turn off the heat.

Add red pepper and minced garlic to the gluten and pepper.
8.
Add a pinch of salt.
9.
Add chicken essence.
10.
Put in a little sugar.
11.
Add two spoons of it and it's very fresh.
12.
Add a spoonful of balsamic vinegar.
13.
Add half a spoon of oyster sauce.
14.
Drizzle with sesame oil.
15.
Sprinkle with ripe sesame seeds.
16.
Add coriander and mix well.
17.
Finished product.
