Cold Jelly

Pour five bowls of water into the pot.

Mix a bowl of flour with a bowl of water and mix well.

Slowly pour the pea powder liquid and stir quickly until it is set to prevent the pot from sticking.

Pour the solidified pea flour into the refrigerator and freeze for two hours.

Frozen jelly, sliced.

Mince garlic

Do not cut mustard tuber and chop peanuts. Put a bowl with chili oil, steamed fish soy sauce, and vinegar to make a bowl of juice.

Add garlic sprouts, mustard tuber, chopped peanuts on the chopped jelly, and pour a bowl of juice.
Tips:
I have used corn starch before, and I don’t feel like pea starch.
The bowl of juice is prepared as you like, and I personally recommend that you can use more vinegar.
