Cold Lettuce Leaves

Wash the lettuce leaves and drain.

Chop the lettuce leaves.
3.
Stir in salt and marinate for a while.
4.
The moisture will be marinated after marinating for a while.
5.
Squeeze out the water.
6.
Add the seasoning and mix well. (There is no need to add salt here, salt was added during marinating)
7.
Serve on a plate.
Tips:
1 Pick lettuce leaves that are tender.
2 The amount of salt used in marinating is more than that in stir-frying. The juice from the marinade is not necessary, and a part of the salt will come out with the juice.
3 Add seasonings to your liking, any taste will do.
