Cold Lotus Root Slices

Wash the lotus root and peel it off.

Cut the lotus root into moderately thick slices.
3.
Put the lotus root slices in the pot, add water and cook until broken.

Remove the lotus root slices and place them in clean water to cool them down.

Remove the lotus root slices and add some salt.
6.
Add other seasonings to the bowl and mix well.

Heat the cooking oil and pour it on the sauce.

Pour the seasoning juice on the lotus root slices.

Use chopsticks to stir, and mix the lotus root slices and seasonings evenly.
10.
Serve on a plate and serve.
