Cold Lotus Root Slices

Wash the lotus roots, put them in a pressure cooker and cook them until they are broken (if you like them to be crispy, cook them for a while).

Remove the slices.

Mountain pepper oil is also known as wood ginger oil. Don't put the ones that I like or dislike.

Add all the condiments separately

Mix evenly and sprinkle with chopped green onion (it is best to hold the plate and shake, so that the lotus root slices are easy to taste and not easy to break).

Simple and delicious!
