Cold Lotus Root Slices

Prepare lotus root, shallots, ginger and garlic. I have sliced the lotus root.

Boil water, blanch the lotus root slices after boiling. Serve it on a plate and let it cool when cooked.

Heat the oil.

Chop the green onion, ginger, garlic, and pour the hot oil on it to burst the fragrance.

Add salt, soy sauce, chili oil, chicken powder, pepper oil, sugar, and vinegar to a bowl.

Put the cold lotus root slices into the seasoning bowl and mix well.
Tips:
Put a little more seasoning on whatever flavor you like. I like more chili, more sugar and more vinegar. I think this is more delicious.
