Cold Mung Bean Sprouts

After washing the bean sprouts, put it into boiling water and cook for 15 seconds on high heat, stirring constantly with chopsticks.

Remove it to cool, and drain the water.

Wash the small hot peppers and cut into circles, wash the chives and cut into sections.

Drain the bean sprouts and put them in a container, and pour the garlic.
5.
Pour in the chili rings and chives.
6.
Pour in light soy sauce and vinegar.
7.
2 tablespoons of soy sauce and some salt.

Just stir evenly.
