Cold Mushrooms and Mustard Shreds

Ingredients; mustard shreds, fungus, sharp pepper.

Shred the fungus and mince the pepper.

Drizzle with vinegar,

Sprinkle a little salt,

Top with sesame oil and light soy sauce,

Pour the chili sauce,

If you don’t like to eat too spicy, put less chili juice.
