Cold Noodle Fish

After the pumpkin is steamed, add flour and make a dough, and wake up for a while.

Tips:
1. The dough should not be too soft, it is almost the same as the dough for making noodles.
2. Adjust the side dishes if you like, carrots, spinach, fungus, etc.
3. If you don't need the sushi curtain, you can just rub it out on the chopping board, it's just a smooth surface fish.
4. Add chilli oil, sesame oil and other favorite seasonings to the cold seasoning.
