Cold Noodles
1.
Soak the cold noodles an hour in advance.
2.
Cook in a pot.
3.
Put the cold water in a container for later use.
4.
Add vinegar light soy sauce, white vinegar, salt, and purified water to the bowl.
5.
Pour the sauce into the cold noodles and add a spoonful of chili oil.
6.
Put the shredded cucumber and ham, and add a spoonful of sesame sauce.
7.
Mix well and finish.
