Cold Noodles

Soak cold noodles in water for 1 hour, cut coriander into sections, and mince garlic; boil water in a small pot, soak cold noodles after the water is boiled

After the water is boiled again, add 1/4 tsp of salt, and cool the water immediately after removing it

Drain the cold noodles and enlarge the bowl, add garlic and white vinegar

Add balsamic vinegar and light soy sauce

Then add sugar and 3/4 tsp salt

Finally, add chicken essence and sesame oil, add coriander, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, mix well and serve.
