Cold Noodles-hand-rolled Noodles with Shredded Pork with Nepeta

Prepare the flour and nepeta.

Add an appropriate amount of water and a little salt to the flour and knead it to form a slightly firm dough, and leave it on for 10 minutes.

Cut the pork into shreds and set aside.

Finely chop green onions and ginger.

Wash the nepeta.
