Every summer, this three-wire cold noodle is always particularly popular. The cold noodles are paired with some refreshing vegetable shreds, mixed with a bowl of fragrant sesame sauce, and carefully mix well so that each noodle is covered. The sesame sauce, and then snorting and feasting, it’s really cool!
I received the new seasoning from Knorr. The faint clam flavor was added to the sesame sauce to improve the freshness. After tasting it carefully, I even tasted a little seafood noodle flavor.

Cold Noodles with Three-sili

1. Shred cucumber

2. Shred carrots, blanch them in boiling water, remove them and let cool

3. Add a little salt to the eggs and beat them up

4. Spread out in a non-stick pan into an omelet

5. Cut the quiche into shreds

6. Prepare tahini and peanut butter. If there is no peanut butter, use tahini.

7. Take two tablespoons of tahini and one tablespoon of peanut butter

10. Add to the sauce

11. Add light soy sauce, sugar, salt, vinegar and mix well

15. Add three shreds and sesame sauce

16. Just mix well and eat.
